Revision Rhinoplasty

Open Rhinoplasty

This surgical technique uses an external incision across the columella—the tissue between the nostrils—to reshape the nose. By lifting the nasal skin, Dr. Abramson gains a full and unobstructed view of the underlying bone and cartilage, allowing for greater precision, especially in complex cases.
