The “V” is for Vycross
Allergan uses the term “Vycross technology” to describe the unique cross linking of high and low weight HA. The weight/concentration adjustments allow the product to produce a more natural-looking result with fewer side effects and more lasting results. This technology relates to their molecular structure. Cross linking further improves the products. The results of the new, smoother formulation are several:

Consultation then treatment
At a consultation appointment with Dr. Abramson, you will complete a medical history and discuss the contours of your face with the doctor. Once you have decided which areas you would like to have treated, Dr. Abramson’s assistant will cleanse the area and apply numbing cream. When the cream takes effect, the doctor injects each area.
The products contain lidocaine which further alleviates pain, so any pain from the injections is dulled substantially.
Post-treatment expectations
Afterward, the doctor will tell you what to expect and give you post-treatment care instructions.
